By accessing or using Followly (followly.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Followly is a web-based tool for analyzing Instagram followers using officially exported data files. The service helps users identify unfollowers, non-followers, mutual followers, and track audience changes over time.

Followly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms Inc.

3. Account Registration

You may register using Google, Apple, or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload data that does not belong to you without authorization
• Use the service for harassment, stalking, or any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Followly offers free and paid plans. Payments are processed by Polar Software Inc. as our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Polar's payment terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@followly.io within 7 days of purchase for a refund request.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not access your Instagram account directly — we only process files you explicitly upload.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of analysis results, as they depend on the data you upload. Instagram may change their export format at any time, which may temporarily affect our service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Followly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
